Alueen viihtyvyyden ja toimivuuden parantamiseksi teemme muutoksia Coca-Cola Fan Zonen ikärajakäytäntöihin 23.6.2026 alkaen.
Muutokset ikärajoihin
Alapiha
- Ikärajaton klo 20.00 asti.
- Klo 20.00 – sulkemiseen alue on K18.
Poikkeuksena K18-rajaan ovat alaikäiset, jotka saapuvat alueelle huoltajan seurassa. Käytäntöä valvotaan aktiivisesti, eikä esimerkiksi täysi-ikäinen henkilö voi tuoda alueelle useita alaikäisiä ystäviään tämän poikkeuksen perusteella.
Alaikäisten poistuminen alueelta tapahtuu siirtymäajan puitteissa klo 19.30–20.00.
Yläpiha
Yläpiha on K-18. Alaikäiset pääsevät yläpihalle huoltajan seurassa klo 20.00 asti.
Poikkeuspäivät
Seuraavina päivinä alaikäisten poistumisaikaan tehdään poikkeuksia:
- 1.7. alaikäiset poistetaan alueelta klo 18.30 alkaen.
- 13.7.–19.7. käytännöistä tiedotetaan myöhemmin.
Turvallisuus ja sisäänpääsy
Ikärajat sekä laukut tarkistetaan tapahtuma-alueelle saavuttaessa:
- Alapihan pääportilla
- Yläpihan sisäänkäynnillä
Lisäksi henkilöllisyys voidaan tarkistaa baaritiskeillä sekä järjestyksenvalvojien toimesta tarpeen mukaan.
Järjestyksenvalvojilla on oikeus tarkastaa reput ja laukut myös tapahtuma-alueen sisällä turvallisuuden varmistamiseksi.
Changes to Age Restrictions at the Coca-Cola Fan Zone from June 23
To improve the overall comfort, safety, and functionality of the event area, we will be updating the age restriction policy at the Coca-Cola Fan Zone starting June 23, 2026.
Changes to Age Restrictions
Lower Courtyard
- Open to all ages until 8:00 PM.
- From 8:00 PM until closing, the area will be restricted to guests aged 18 and over.
Exceptions apply to minors attending with a parent, guardian, or close family member. This exception will be monitored and enforced appropriately; for example, an adult may not bring multiple underage friends into the area under this policy.
A transition period for minors to leave the area will take place between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM.
Upper Courtyard
The Upper Courtyard will continue to operate as before. Before 8PM minors can access the area when accompanied by a legal guardian.
Exception Dates
The following dates will have adjusted schedules for minors:
- July 1: Minors must leave the area by 6:30 PM.
- July 13–19: Arrangements for these dates will be announced at a later stage.
Security and Entry Procedures
Age verification and bag inspections will be conducted at:
- The Lower Courtyard main entrance
- The Upper Courtyard entrance
Identification may also be checked at bar service points and by security personnel when necessary.
For safety reasons, security staff reserve the right to inspect bags and backpacks within the event area at any time.
